Little things can make a big difference...
As a freshman at Nova High School in South Florida, Rebecca "Becca" Kirtman
launched a dress bank to provide prom dresses and formal accessories to high
school girls who otherwise couldn't afford them. As a result, many girls
across South Florida attended their proms in style, regardless of their financial
means. On August 20, 2003, Becca, a cheerleader, honor student, and caring
young woman, passed away in a tragic automobile accident. Today, her family,
friends and other members of the community continue her efforts across the
country through Becca's Closet.
NYC New York Color has partnered with Becca's Closet
offering NYC New York Color product to those girls who receive a
Becca's closet dress. We believe, like Becca Kirtman, that all women
deserve beauty and style in their lives. Beauty is empowering...Beauty is
fun!
