Never restore an infected or malicious program, as this will compromise your operating system and may cause damage. Some items are only quarantined. Please post it to your reply. When the antivirus puts an infected file into quarantine, it deletes the file from its original location. I also found the most Antivirus programs are giving false warnings just to make you feel safe or to get you to upgrade to a paid service. Sector virus and rootkits I believe will survive those. They were windows files though. I just click the link I posted it is good.
When I opened the quarantine folder from the sidebar, I saw that there were still 7,000+ objects in there presumably in addition to whatever single threat was found in the second scan. . I have never had to un-quarantine files, but just a precaution of mine. If you are unsure whether a file has been misidentified, it should be left in quarantine or permanently deleted.
