• Eyebrows:
  Apply with short, light strokes to fill in sparse brows, add drama and color to light brows.
• Eyelining:
  Starting from the inner corner of the upper lid, draw a line smoothly along the edge of lashes to outer corner of eye. Depending on how powerful you want the look you may want to repeat application and smudge slightly. Add a line to lower lid for extra drama.
