STEP 1: Apply the darkest color all over the lid.
STEP 2: Blend the color out.
STEP 3: Outline the lower lid with the bright color.
STEP 4: Use the lightest shade to highlight the brow bone and inner corner of eyes.
STEP 5: Use the lip stain pen to tap color onto the inner part of the lip, and then blend it out with your finger.
