The proof is in the pencil!
I used to wear eyeliner all the time and stopped for years. So when I received the NYC City Proof 24HR Waterproof Eyeliner I wasn't sure what to expect. I have super sensitive eyes and I was pleasantly surprised with how easy the application was. I also love the color it gave me!! I am very please with this product and can't wait to the many fun ways I can use it!! I tested NYC New York Color for free, but all opinions are my own.

Great Eyeliner
I have to be honest, I wasn't expecting this eyeliner to be so good. I'm a creature of habit and like to go with what I know works, and I usually don't find what I need in certain cosmetics at a drugstore. This eyeliner, however, was great, lasting me ALMOST ALL NIGHT on New Year's Eve (I maybe reapplied once). It also did not cake in the corners of my eyes, which many will do. Toward the end of the night (think dinner, drinks, party past 12), it did wear off, but without making me look worn out. I'm a fan and I would definitely purchase this product again, especially given the price! And although I tested this product for free, these opinions are my own and true.

Actually super awesome
I don't use a lot of NYC because I always felt the quality was lacking in some of their lines. I had seen a few awesome reviews for this so when I heard I was getting this liner in the jingle voxbox from Influenster I was really excited! I normally use liquid, so I wasn't completely sure how it'd go. But I was pleasantly surprised! It goes on really super smooth, I don't feel like I'm tugging my eye at all--the main reason I left pencil liners behind. I got black and it is indeed very black. And I can't wait to use it for my wedding since it's actually waterproof!

Great product for the right price
I love all of this companies products, nail polish, makeup, liners, etc....I actually started my nail polish collection with a lot of their products. But on to this liner, it's great....Lol, it is truly waterproof and you need a makeup wipe to remove it so that's a plus. It goes on smoothly and I didn't get any smudging. But, because I don't wear eyeliner too much this product isn't for me. Any eyeliner just makes my eyes really sensitive but this a great product nonetheless. I would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for that "look" while still being nice to your wallet. *This product was sent to me for free but, this review is of my own
