My Go-To For Years
I've been using this eyeliner since I was 13, and it has been my tried and true. I love the matte formula, the small and precise paintbrush applicator, and the color consistency of the liner. It's the easiest liquid liner to apply in my makeup arsenal, and it lasts for ages. The formula doesn't seem to have changed at all over the years, which is a huge plus in my book, and the price is incredibly affordable. My only complaint is that the branding on the packaging eventually rubs off so it becomes a plain black tube, but if packaging isn't a big deal for you, I wouldn't worry about it.

Love this product!
Absolutely love this eyeliner! I love how black this liner is and how easy it is to apply! I also love how affordable this eyeliner is!! The only downfall of this eyeliner is that it isn't waterproof. when I'm wearing it, depending on the weather or if my eyes are acting sensitive that day, the eyeliner will start to wear off and i would have to go back and reapply it. NYC if you can come out with a waterproof version of this eyeliner that would be awesome! other then that i love this eyeliner and i would recommend it to anyone!

My Go-To
I'm a huge winged-eyeliner girl. I adore the look, and I wear eyeliner every day. It took me months to find the right brand to buy from, and this was it. NYC Black Eyeliner is, by far, the most fantastic makeup product I own. Not only is it so much less expensive than any other high-end brand, it's much easier to apply, lasts a LOT longer, and the pigmentation is spot-on with what I was looking for. It comes out as black as a sharpie marker! It's truly fantastic, and I hope the product never changes, as it's so, so perfect the way it is. Thank you, NYC!!

I love it my favorite eyeliner
I'm a celebrity makeup artist and I use this eyeliner on most of my clients so far my favorite eyeliner is super black and last long time I totally recommend it.
