Spread fingerloops to open NYC New York Color Eyelash Curler.

Carefully place Eyelash Curler as close to upper lid as possible, centering lashes between curved sections.

Gently close handles and squeeze tightly for 10-20 seconds.

Open handles to release lashes. Repeat procedure for added curl.

Wipe after each use.
