Best Eyebrow Pencil Ever!!!
It has taken me years to perfect my brow and the tools & colors I use. I have gone from $24 pencils at to member priced $3.69 pencils at Sally's. #927 in Taupe is the truest taupe colored pencil I have ever had! It's perfect for my skin color, I am a light-skinned African American women, and my hair color which is a dark brown to black. It's not harsh or overbearing against my skin & hair, it goes on naturally, and they last me pretty long for only $.99! I usually buy them from Kmart in bulk, meaning I get 6-7 pencils as they're stocked lol. My brows are serious business to me and I will ALWAYS use this pencil. Please, NYC DON'T EVER DISCONTINUE #927 in Taupe! :)

Love, love this dark brown eye liner!
I usually use a black eye liner but this dark brown works and looks great on my eye!! It is easy to put on and glides very smoothly! I am so glad I got to try this out first as a complimentary for testing purposes! When I run out, I'll be buying more! I really love it

I absolutely LOVE this pencil!
I have been buying this at a drugstore chain for several years. This is the most amazing pencil for both brows and eyeliner. It is soft enough to use on lids and brows with a softly defined line.The charcoal color is perfect, but it is becoming more difficult to find, as some of the stores have either discontinued or just carry black and brown. I am sad about this!

Perfect for Brows !!!
I use this pencil in Dark brown to shape and fill in my brows and I must say it is my favorite! I have the Anastasia brow wiz as well as the dip brow and I still always seem to go back to this 99cent dream ! Lol I love it ! It's a must have for me. Easy to apply and all it takes is a concealer clean up and you're good to go.
